ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
K2 Consultants (Pvt) Ltd is a leading MEP and Project Management Consultancy firm in Sri Lanka.
We seek a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a challenging environment to join our organization as an Administration Executive.
Job Role
- General office administration including basic finance and human resource functions.
- Coordinate Project works, including schedules, meetings, and deliverables.
- Generate various reports, including project status reports and project costing.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in general management/administration from a recognized institute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Be a strong team player and have a team-centered attitude.
- Strong personality and ability to maintain sensitive information.
- Strong computer skills and Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge/prior experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an added advantage.
