WE ARE HIRING

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join the ATM Help Desk team at a reputed private bank in Sri Lanka. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to customers experiencing issues with our ATMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve inquiries related to ATM malfunctions, card issues, and other technical problems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot ATM issues remotely or by guiding customers through basic troubleshooting steps.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ATM services and customer support processes.

Qualifications:

  • Age: 20-25 years
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Minimum "C" pass for O/L English)
  • Minimum "C" pass for O/L Mathematics
  • Minimum 3 "S" passes for A/L
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service principles
  • Excellent customer service orientation and a positive attitude
