We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and can multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to provide information.
  • Develop client relationships and secure clients.
  • Assist with marketing activities.
  • Support administrative tasks.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks to meet team needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Sinhalese and Tamil.
  • Proven experience in the customer service sector with a focus on HR and recruitment. Experience with an employment agency, recruiter or HR department is highly regarded.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Google Chrome.
  • Experience with platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and other web-based tools.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Added advantage:

  • Create content for electronic media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Develop content for publications and internal office use.
