KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consultations with clients
- Involved in special promotions
- Handle Website and Online orders
- Replying WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook messages
- Monitoring and checking operational SOP’s related customer relations
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a similar field
- Highly computer literate
- Exceptional English communication ability, both verbal and writing skills
- Passion for Wellness: A strong interest in health and wellness trends
