1. Area Sales Managers
(Western & Uva Provinces)
Minimum Requirements:
- Should have passed GCE A/L
- Age 35 years & above
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in FMCG industry
- Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in Supervisory grade in a reputed Company
- Good computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office packages
- Good communication skills in Sinhala / Tamil (Knowledge of English spoken / written desirable)
- Professional Qualifications would be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & achieve overall target in the assigned territory
- Build & increase overall Customer Base
- Guide, Train, Develop & motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results
- Track market trends, developments and analyze competitor activities & provide suggestions
