Senior Executive – Human Resources & Compliance
Location – Padiyathalawa
We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing payroll for all staff and workers within the factory using HRIS.
- Maintaining personal files of all the employees in the factory.
- Handling all compliance related matters including audits, trainings and certificate renewals etc…..
- Planning and execute the training programs within the factory.
- Monitoring and supervising the all the activities in employee Canteen.
- Handling employee relation issues such as grievances.
- Undertaking statements on disciplinarian actions.
- Handling payments including transport, supplier payments and managing petty cash.
Individual Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and documentation.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
