Required Qualifications (Overall)
- Bachelor's in Compliance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience with factory safety standards and labor law compliance.
- Hands-on experience implementing ISO/FSSC/GMP/HACCP standards or experience handling buyer audits.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee factory compliance and sustainability practices.
- Manage audits, documentation, and legal reporting.
- Coordinate employee training and awareness programs.
- Handle carbon reduction and waste management projects.
