ASSISTANT MANAGER—BULK MERCHANDISING
We are on the look out for a dynamic and an energetic individual join Trischel Fabric (Pvt) Ltd as an Assistant Manager—Bulk Merchandising. To be the driving force behind the seamless execution of bulk orders — transforming buyer dreams into reality by orchestrating every detail from concept to shipment. As the key link between creativity and production, this role ensures that every piece leaves the factory floor on time, meets the highest standards, and delights the customer. With a sharp eye for detail, a flair for coordination, and a passion for precision, the Assistant Manager – Bulk Merchandising turns challenges into opportunities and plans into performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end bulk order execution from order confirmation to shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, production, planning, procurement, and quality teams to ensure order requirements are met.
- Monitor and track order progress through production and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
- Manage T&A (Time & Action) plans and ensure alignment with delivery schedules.
- Maintain effective communication with buyers and address queries promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels for ongoing orders and prevent material shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with buyer standards and internal quality procedures.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to order status, costings, and shipment performance.
- Assist the merchandising manager with strategic decisions and process improvements.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile & Apparel, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in bulk production for apparel or textiles).
- Strong understanding of the production process, fabrics, trims, and apparel manufacturing lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
