TRAVEL CONSULTANTS WANTED!
Are you passionate about travel and customer service? Do you have experience in selling tours and working with GDS systems? If so, we want you on our team! We are a family-owned Australian travel company with a branch in Sri Lanka, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Travel Consultants to join our growing team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist International customers and travel agents (B2C and B2B) with their travel inquiries and bookings
- Provide expert advice on destinations, tours, and travel services
- Use GDS systems to manage reservations
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic and passionate team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent English skills – both written and spoken
- Strong articulation and communication skills
- Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Background in customer service and sales
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems
- Hands-on experience and a strong team player
- Good knowledge of travel destinations and tour products
