Exciting Opportunity for Professional Consultants – Short-Term Assignments
The Construction Guarantee Fund (CGF), a Government Trust/Fund, plays a pivotal role in supporting the Local Construction Industry by providing Bonds, Guarantees, Securities, and other allied Financial Services, on concessional terms and without collateral.
To further strengthen and expand its services, CGF seeks experienced Professional Consultants, with expertise in, Construction Industry Risks, Economics & Finance, Project Management, Stakeholder Behavior, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), to provide strategic recommendations on the following:
- Developing new Financial Security products, (i.e. Counter Guarantees, Bills Discounting, Project Finance, Revolving Credit, Bridging Finance, Short-term loans, etc.)
- Formulating a comprehensive Financial & Risk Management Policy aligned with industry best practices.
- Enhancing the CGF service, being offered to the Government and Private sector, while ensuring minimal risk, broader industry impact and increase of capital base.
- Other areas/Industries for CGF to diversify into, to serve as well as increase the CGF capital base.
- Providing innovative solutions to diversify and strengthen CGF.
The Professionals with a proven track record in the fields of Construction Management, Risk Management in Construction & other Industries, Economics and Finance who could bring innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions to CGF operations, can apply.
