Job Role
- Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing client’s portfolio.
- Identify and mitigate potential credit risks through ongoing monitoring and assessment of the credit portfolio.
- Ensure all credit practices comply with applicable regulations and internal company policies.
- Analyze market trends and propose new products to meet evolving client needs and market opportunities.
- Prepare detailed credit assessment reports and present findings to head of department.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in credit evaluation and portfolio management, specifically within the micro leasing sector of a non-bank financial institution registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
- Possession of full or partial professional/academic qualifications in a related field will be considered a definite advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately assess client creditworthiness.
- Sound knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
