About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing IT company. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the company’s financial health and will be directly responsible for overseeing project costing, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. Proficiency in financial ERP systems is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor and control project costs, working closely with project managers and technical teams.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of the financial ERP system.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
- Provide strategic input to support management decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA/ACCA/CMA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven experience with project costing and budget control.
- Mandatory experience working with financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- High proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
