Position: Senior Tour Executive / Assistant Manager – Operations

We are a well-established, rapidly growing international travel company, S T Holidays & Tours, seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in the inbound tourism industry in a similar role at a reputed company.
  • In-depth knowledge of costing, itinerary planning, execution, and proposal management, along with professional correspondence with overseas agents.
  • Excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and fluency in English—both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other travel-related software.
  • Strong product knowledge and well-established public relations within the industry, especially with hoteliers and service providers.
  • A strong team leader with a positive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
