Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations within the private sector
- PQHRM from a reputed institute or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS IS ESSENTIAL
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee records management and HR database handling
- Payroll processing and benefits administration
- Handling EPF, ETF, time & attendance
- Coordinating training sessions and internal HR events
