ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER - SALES & RESERVATIONS
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process bookings, including taking reservations and following up till Check-in.
- Maintain an efficient administration system, including record keeping, invoicing, and filing guest details.
- Provide efficient and professional service to all guests via all communication channels.
- Actively sell destinations and promotions with a positive upselling approach.
- Develop close working relationships with all business suppliers.
- The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure.
- Carry out other duties as requested from time to time by the management.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in sales or reservations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure/negotiate business deals.
- Mature, professional, and has the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional setups requiring the candidate to collaborate with multiple teams locally as well as globally.
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
