Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Production and Technical Operator to join our team at our organic processing facility in Bopagama, Veyangoda. The ideal candidate will bring practical technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility to support our daily operations and uphold our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain spice dryers, grinders, and packaging machinery
- Monitor and ensure compliance with hygiene standards, organic certifications, and GMP regulations
- Perform basic equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Assist with production planning and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain accurate daily logs and support quality assurance processes
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient workplace
Qualifications & Skills:
- HND Level 4 or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or training experience acceptable)
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Bopagama, Veyangoda
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- University degree not required
