The Job:
- As a Senior Merchandiser – Bulk, you will oversee the merchandising process for intimate and active wear, ensuring products meet specifications, industry standards, and are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage bulk merchandising for intimate and active wear, from sampling to production.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate on product specifications and material selection.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Analyze market trends and maintain product competitiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Provide regular production progress and inventory reports.
- Work with sourcing to select appropriate fabrics.
- Oversee costing and ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile/ Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of merchandising experience, focused on bulk production of intimate and active wear.
- Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with design, production, and quality teams.
