Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Administration
Ritz Clothing is a leading garment manufacturer committed to excellence in quality, innovation, and efficiency. With a strong focus on operational excellence and people-centered values, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to strengthen our administrative team.
A key role responsible for managing worker transport, controlling costs across all factories, and overseeing inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage worker transport across all factories to ensure punctual and cost-effective travel for staff.
- Monitor and control administrative costs across all factory units by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Oversee inventory management of administrative supplies, equipment, and services across all locations.
- Maintain accurate records of transport usage, vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate with transport service providers, maintenance teams, and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to administration, transport, and safety.
- Analyze cost data and prepare regular reports to support decision-making and cost optimization.
- Provide administrative support for factory operations, including facility coordination, utilities management, and contractor supervision.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless budget tracking and forecasting.
- Support company events and employee welfare activities when required.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar administrative or operational role, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and cost-control skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory/transport management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
