SENIOR EXECUTIVE, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT AND TALENT MANAGEMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

The incumbent is responsible for,

Training & Development

  • Collaborate with line departments to identify training needs across all levels through Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of technical, behavioral, compliance, and safety training programs.
  • Liaise with internal trainers, external facilitators, and institutions to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback forms, and training documentation as per compliance and audit requirements.

Talent Management

  • Assist in executing talent management frameworks, including talent reviews, succession planning, and HiPo development programs.
  • Coordinate individual development plans (IDPs) and support leadership development initiatives such as mentoring, coaching, and cross-functional projects.
  • Audit & Compliance Support
  • Ensure training and development activities meet social compliance, buyer, and certification requirements (e.g., ISO, WRAP, BSCI, SEDX).
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation for internal reviews and external audits.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date training and talent data in HRIS or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Provide monthly dashboards and analytics on training hours, coverage, and talent pipeline progress.

Compliance with QMS System

  • Ensure that processes are delivering their intended outputs with complying to the ATL-QMS & responsible to implement, maintain & continuous development in relevant processes in accordance with ATL-QMS.

Communication

  • Make sure all the communications related given scope aligning with local and global, subordinates are aware of the plans targets and the details of accomplishments IDs etc.
  • Give feedback to teams through effective communication methods.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. (A postgraduate qualification in HR or L&D is an added advantage.)
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Talent Management, preferably in a manufacturing or textile industry.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, digital learning tools, and performance management processes. Previous experience in Talent Management would be an added advantage.
