SHOWROOM MANAGER
Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC is a well-known Sri Lankan company specializing in producing & marketing high-quality porcelain tableware. We employ skilled artisans who create a diverse range of porcelain products, such as dinner sets, tea sets, mugs, vases, and decorative items.
We invite a sales professional with a proven track record in retail sales to join Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC as the Manager of the Signature Showroom in Colombo 7.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of showroom staff, delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Supervise showroom operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer relationship management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train and motivate staff to meet sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field and/or professional qualification in sales & marketing.
- Over 10 years of experience in retail sales with a minimum of two years experience at managerial level in a showroom.
- Leadership and customer centricity.
- Exposure to the lifestyle industry is advantageous.
