Draftsman cum Quantity Surveyor - Female
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimate for materials and labour
- Prepare detailed architectural, structural and MEP drawings using AutoCAD
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, project cost, variations and claims
- Monitor projects progress
- Collaborate with project teams
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- ND / HND in Draftsman, Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting and quantity surveying
- Strong Knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Age preferable below 35 years
Site Supervisor - Male
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections, manage resources, and maintain quality control.
- Ability to handle various renovation works sites with technical knowledge
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Estimate quantities and costs of material, equipment, or labour for projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- HND, NDT (Civil Engineering) or equivalent qualification in the construction field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects
- Strong understanding of civil construction techniques, materials, and project management
- A driving license is a must
- Age preferable below 35 years
Junior Accountant - Female
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Part qualification in AAT / ACASL
- 1 – 2 years of experience in construction company
- Computer literacy (MS Excel)
- Strong theoretical knowledge in basic of Accounting & Finance
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and guidance.
- Piliyandala area preferred
- Age below 28 years
