Food and Beverage Manager
Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operation in the Food and Beverage department, including bars, restaurants, room service and banquets.
- Staff Management: Hire, train and supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop and implement menus, considering customer preferences and market trends.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, ensure guest satisfaction, and strive for exceptional experiences.
- Financial Management: Analyze financial reports, manage department budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate with event planners for special functions, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Education and Qualifications
- Educational: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Food and Beverage Manager. Experience in managing a team and departmental budgets. Proven track record of maintaining high standards in customer service.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and management.
