The Job:
- We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of our maintenance operations.
- Maintenance Manager will oversee facility and equipment operations, minimizing downtime and implementing preventive maintenance programs for optimal efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, policies, and standards to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades, to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment, and oversee procurement processes to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and promote a culture of safety among maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing / industrial environment.
