The Job
This key role, reporting to the Manager HRIS Implementation, focuses on successfully implementing our MintHRM Solution for corporate clients. You'll ensure exceptional service, assist HR teams in aligning their practices with our system, provide expert advice, resolve HR-related issues, and conduct training sessions to empower client HR teams.
The Person
- A self-learner with strong analytical skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Exposure and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in handling HR operations in a corporate environment
- A Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management (Undergraduates will be considered)
- Project Management exposure is an added advantage
