Sales Manager
Lihini Sea Foods, a market leader in the seafood industry, is looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Modern Trade, Key Accounts, and HORECA channels. This is a key leadership role responsible for expanding retail presence, managing strategic accounts, and growing our footprint in the hospitality and foodservice sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall sales performance and ensure profitability across modern trade, key accounts, and HORECA channels.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with supermarkets, hotel chains, restaurants, and catering companies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both retail and HORECA sectors.
- Ensure visibility and availability of the Lihini product portfolio across all assigned channels.
- Lead sales campaigns, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Oversee the sales process including order taking, delivery coordination, collections, and post-sales service.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet channel-specific KPIs and targets.
- Maintain a consistent call cycle and field presence to strengthen relationships and support partners.
- Handle government and institutional sales including tender submissions and product demonstrations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of FMCG sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, including exposure to modern trade and HORECA.
- Proven success in managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership capabilities.
- Ability to analyze sales performance, generate insights, and present reports.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
- Passion for sales, team collaboration, and continuous learning.
