Key tasks and duties:
- Develop and maintain good relations with Customers and suppliers
- Be responsible for excellent customer service
- Appropriate effective communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Execute the development of garment samples based on tech pack specifications/ costing expectations with internal teams and service providers to meet expectations
- Conduct all aspects of testing for raw materials and garments according to SOP
- Effective Interaction with internal/external parties to achieve set KPIs
- Updating style details in the internal systems and maintain accuracy
- Procurement of fabric and trims
- Production follow-up with the factory ensuring on-time delivery
What you need to have:
- A degree or professional qualification in Business/Textile Engineering or any other related qualification
- 2+ years of working experience (for Merchandisers) and 4+ years of working experience (for Senior Merchandisers)
- Past experience in costing, Product development and Operations will be an added advantage
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Able to drive the team towards meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, Exposure to any ERP/PLM
- Excellent command of English / verbal and written communication skills
- Age below 30 years
