HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records and handle documentation processes
- Support payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Handle employee relations and provide HR support across departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage
