ISLAND HOST (GERMAN SPEAKING)
Meeru Maldives Resort Island is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual who is passionate about developing career in hospitality to join our team as an Island Host.
- Coordinate with all departments on all guest welfare matters for a smooth, courteous & efficient service.
- Ensure all necessary reports like VIP list, arrival list is available.
- Welcome & greet guests and provide a smooth and seamless registration upon arrival.
- Assist guests with restaurant reservations, excursion arrangements or any other requests that may be needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year experience in the hotel industry preferably in Front Office / Guest Services.
- Educational background in hospitality and tourism.
- With good command of the German language; Other languages (French, Spanish, Chinese) is an advantage.
- Preferably with an island resort experience.
- Excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations.
- Outgoing, friendly and has cheerful personality.
