Assistant Manager - Gold Loan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance gold loan processes and introduce effective training methodologies.
  • Identify system gaps, propose necessary amendments, and oversee the development of improved processes.
  • Conduct spot checks on branches handling gold loan transactions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and follow up on high-value advance transactions to mitigate risks.
  • Analyze current trends in the gold market to inform lending strategies and decisions.
  • Provide necessary approvals related to gold loan transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with branch teams to support seamless operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in the gold loan sector.
  • Successful completion of G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations.
  • Experience in Head Office Gold Loan Operations will be considered an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in IT, including MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
