HR ASSISTANT
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- CCHRM/ DPHRM or equivalent professional qualification.
- 1 year experience in a similar capacity, handling HRIS and onboarding operations.
- Ability to work with MS office packages.
- Ability to work with hSenid HRIS will be an added advantage.
- Language proficiency in English/ Sinhala.
- Team working and multi-tasking.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Preference will be given to candidates who reside close proximity to Ja-Ela, Wattla, Kandana, Ragama, Minuwangoda etc.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
