Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or client-facing role, ideally within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Work experience in Qatar or Dubai is a strong advantage.
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and contribute to a fast-paced, multi-industry environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and strategic thinker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
- Bring a service-oriented approach to business development.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with potential clients, vendors, and partners.
- Analyze market trends and suggest innovative growth strategies.
