HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
We are a leading local garment manufacturer, currently looking out for an exceptional individual to fill this vacancy & take company to greater heights.
Responsibilities;
- Monitor recruitment process to ensure that the company attracts high quality staff.
- Depth knowledge in recruitment and selection.
- Enhances the company’s human resources by planning, implementing, evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.
- Coordinate with the team to maintain the quality standards.
- Attendance tracking & preparing necessary attendance records.
Qualifications;
- Possess a reputed HR education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity in Apparel Industry.
- Depth knowledge of local labor rules & regulations.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the company.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Should be able to join immediately.
