HR Admin Executive

We are a well established manufacturing company in Kaduwela. We are looking for dynamic & dedicated individual to join our company.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong Understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Age below 30 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
  • Handle HR documentation and compliance requirements.
