Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Executive/Team Lead for the UK shift at Exel BPO (Pvt) Ltd in Colombo. The role involves overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support teams, and implementing customer service strategies on a day-to-day basis.

  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices
  • Previous experience in a similar role is must in Handling UK Clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Female Candidates Preferred.
  • Must be willing to work on UK shift.
