Business Analyst
Key responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making, including cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for international operations.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute market expansion strategies for entering new countries, including market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with international expansion, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure successful market entry.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall productivity in both domestic and international markets.
- Facilitate high-level cross-border communication and coordination, ensuring effective collaboration between the CEO, international teams, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards to monitor the progress of international expansion initiatives, providing regular updates to the CEO and senior management.
Candidate's Profile
- Hold a degree with a minimum of two years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
- A full or partial finance professional qualification is highly desirable.
- Additional qualifications in marketing or technical fields are considered advantageous.
- Demonstrated 3 years of experience. (2 years’ experience in manufacturing)
- Proven excellence in report writing and market research skills.
- Strong team player, with effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
