Its sister companies are established worldwide in countries such as Europe, Canada, China and Thailand. It is a BOI registered company and has a global business network with marking its presence in the off - the road wheel industry for over 75 years.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
- Degree in Finance or Accounting in relevant Field.
- Fully qualified in CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA or a relevant accounting qualification.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medium to large organization or audit firm.
- Sound knowledge of SLFRS, SLAS, GAAP and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-starter and good team player.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing and presenting Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual financial statements on a timely basis.
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure the timely completion of annual and group audits.
- Assist in internal and external audits from a tax and compliance perspective.
- Assist in preparing company annual budgets.
- Ensure all the CAPEX projects are properly monitored and recorded.
- Preparing and maintaining balance sheet schedules required for the periodic audits.
- Handle tax computations and liaise with tax authorities as required.
- Ensure compliance with the Board of Investment (BOI) Inland Revenue Department (IRD) regulations and updates.
