SHOWROOM SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading the team to maintain consistent and exceptional customer service standards.
  • Developing team members’ product knowledge and ensuring they engage effectively with customers.
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Planning workloads, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Business Management or professional qualification in retail skills.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fast-paced retail environment, preferably in lifestyle, interior, or luxury brands.
  • Strong numerical skills, proactive leadership, self-motivation, and ability to lead change.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong visual merchandising sense with attention to detail.
