SHOWROOM SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the team to maintain consistent and exceptional customer service standards.
- Developing team members’ product knowledge and ensuring they engage effectively with customers.
- Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Planning workloads, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Business Management or professional qualification in retail skills.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fast-paced retail environment, preferably in lifestyle, interior, or luxury brands.
- Strong numerical skills, proactive leadership, self-motivation, and ability to lead change.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong visual merchandising sense with attention to detail.
