Executive – Human Resources
Roles and Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of executing the company’s monthly employee recognition programs.
- Manage end-to-end administration of employee benefit programs, including SHE, CIC, annual health check-ups, and other employee benefit schemes.
- Oversee all aspects of employee leave and attendance management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the People Advisor for HRIT related matters, including updates and changes in Workday System.
- Manage the exit clearance process including retirements to ensure smooth employee offboarding.
- Collaborate and support other HR functions of the Company as and when required.
Candidates are required to have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR from local or foreign university.
- Minimum of 2 years’ of experience in HR related roles.
- Proven experience working with HRIS systems to manage and support core HR functions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizing skills and attention to detail.
