Brand Manager

We believe in building brands that connect with people, drive innovation, and lead markets. We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Brand Manager to join our team and lead the development, execution, and performance of strategic brand initiatives. The role entails,

  • Achieve a turn over target & profit for the financial year for the brand.
  • To be the co-coordinating body between (R & D, Packaging, commercial, finance, sales & marketing) in order to achieve set goals.
  • Manage the innovation/activation process to deliver planned activities on time.
  • Analyzing & reporting sales, shares, margins to evaluate brand performance against plan and initiate timely action.
  • Managing key external contacts such as advertising/media buying agency, market research agency, packaging and promotional items suppliers, outdoor advertising suppliers, broadcast stations, production houses.
  • Work with Marketing Manager in developing effective advertising for ATL and BTL.

Who We Want

  • Bachelors in Marketing or Management with overall 5 years of experience in Brand Management.
  • 2 years at a FMCG organization and 3 + years of managerial experience in related field and industry.
  • Full or part qualification in SLIM or CIM.
  • Exposure to Sales and digital marketing will be considered as an added advantage.
