HR MANAGER / ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the Organization’s HR operation including Recruitment, T & D, Payroll, Industrial Relations, Reward & Recognition, Employee Retention, Employee Engagement, Performance etc.
  • Lead the resolution of complex employee issues by effectively managing the disciplinary procedure and grievance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Implement and oversee training, development programs to enhance workforce performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably Male aged below 35-45 years, with professional qualification in HRM (IPQHRM) IN CIPM or Equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing plants. Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role within the facilities management or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Expertise in talent management and acquisition to meet organizational needs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse workforce.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
