The Wheel Works (Pvt) Ltd is an Export oriented manufacturing company located in the Biyagama Export Processing Zone. The company was established in the year 2004. We mainly export our products to the Europe countries, Japan and our regional neighbours like India and Malaysia.
The company seeks the services of an experienced dynamic person to fill the below vacancy due to the expansion purposes. The selected candidate should demonstrate the knowledge and ability to take on related responsibilities and perform in a manufacturing industry.
POST OF ERP/ ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Job responsibilities;
- Assuring effective utilization of the SAP system implemented in manufacturing set-up.
- Understanding business needs, analysis of data and generating required reports through system.
- Assuring strong reconciliation process of manufacturing function/ stocks and related activities.
- Collaborating with external system resource / implementation partners and resolve the system related issues.
- Coordinating, guiding and supporting the staff, in SAP system application and play a key role in effective implementation of the system.
- Checking and Cash flow planning, bank reconciliation & coordination with banks / suppliers.
- Authorizing supplier payments (local and foreign) through SAP system / online banking system.
- Check daily bank balances through online banking and recording of charges in the system.
Successful candidate ideally have;
- Part qualification in a recognized accounting body like ICASL / AAT or Degree in accounting/ Finance with an IT background.
- Working experience in SAP system + Accounting related position for 2-3 years ideally in the manufacturing sector. An extensive knowledge & understanding of SAP B1 or SAP ERP or SAP S4 Hana system is essential.
- Having good working experience in Microsoft office packages.
- Good communication skills, effective teamwork and collaboration is required.
- Be dynamic, proactive and able to perform to meet targets and deadlines.
- The person with Product costing, process costing & pricing knowledge and experience will be an added qualification.
