Assistant Manager - SAP ERP Master Data Management
ROLE
Assistant Manager - SAP ERP Master Data Management will be responsible for overseeing the master data management (MDM) processes within the SAP ERP system. This role involves leading a team of data specialists, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the SAP ERP Master Data Management team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Develop and implement MDM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data within the SAP ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues and improve data quality
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ERP master data management
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP modules and data structures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
