SENIOR CHEMIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop stable and effective cosmetic formulations.
- Select and evaluate active ingredients for performance and compatibility.
- Conduct stability testing and adjust formulations to meet industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations.
- Mentor junior chemists in formulation techniques and problem-solving.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, SOPs and batch records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D with business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Education: BSc in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science.
- Experience: 4+ years in cosmetic R&D, with expertise in skincare/hair care formulations.
- Hands-on experience with GC, GCMS and other analytical tools.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products and improving existing products.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
