HR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and preparing onboarding materials.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Coordinate and assist with performance appraisal processes.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
