Executive (Customer Service)
Join a leading Destination Management Company, where excellence and professionalism define our operations. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Executive to support our dynamic team in achieving organizational goals.
- Position: Executive (Customer Service)
- Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Conduct post-arrival feedback calls via guides (3 days after arrival).
- Collect post check-in feedback from customers.
- Address customer inquiries (hotels, departures, excursions, complaints, etc.).
- Provide 24/7 support via email and WhatsApp.
- Resolve guide and hotel issues; obtain relevant statements.
- Forward package-related issues to the market and follow up.
- Review and respond to negative feedback.
- Monitor and document TripAdvisor reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of client and legal documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years of proven experience in the inbound tour industry.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of local attractions, destinations, and cultural experiences preferred.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, tools.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
