CHEF DE CUISINE – ITALIAN SPECIALTY

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in leading Fine dining Italian Restaurants. Experience in luxury hotels/resorts will be preferred.
  • Expert in Italian Cuisine.
  • Highly competent in HACCP and Food Safety standards.
  • Strong leadership qualities and able to manage a diverse team.
  • Able to communicate efficiently in English. Knowledge of Italian Language is a must.
  • Strong in guest interaction & problem-solving abilities.
  • Pleasant personality with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Able to work in a remote location or island life.
