Your Role in Our Success
As the Chef De Cuisine, you will:
- Drive Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including VIP dinners, private dinners, and Chef’s Table experiences, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction.
- Craft Exceptional Experiences: Design and execute menus for fine dining that showcase the best of Japanese cuisine.
- Lead Culinary Excellence: Ensuring that every dish reflects our commitment to quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Inspire & Mentor: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
- Elevate Guest Interaction: Be visible during key dining experiences, engaging with guests to gather feedback and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate for Perfection: Work closely with other departments to create seamless, memorable dining experiences that enhance the overall guest experience.
- Innovate Constantly: Stay ahead of fine dining trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of luxury cuisine.
What we’re Looking for
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine (Japanese Specialty) or with a minimum of 3 years as a Senior Sous Chef or higher in a fine dining environment.
- Proven expertise in managing day-to-day operations, VIP dinners, fine dining, and Chef’s Table experiences.
- A luxury fine dining background, with a track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences in high-end establishments.
- Exceptional culinary creativity skills, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of Japanese cuisine while maintaining authenticity.
- Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or equivalent ultra-luxury dining establishments, showcasing the ability to deliver world-class dining experiences.
- A highly skilled fine dining chef who is dynamic, well-organized, and self-driven, with a deep understanding of current culinary trends.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a diverse culinary team.
- Deep knowledge of modern culinary techniques and luxury dining trends, with an emphasis on presentation and flavor.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
