PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
We are one of the leading organization in printing and packing industry in Sri Lanka. The organization is well established and achieving day today improvements in the market. Our factory is located in Negombo and we are looking for young energetic candidates for fulfill above position urgently.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Taking the responsibility for achieving production targets according to the monthly production plan
- Coordinate production plans for all sections, ensuring a smooth workflow and adhere to delivery schedules
- Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize resource utilization
- Support to developing and implementing production strategy
- Monitor daily targets to meet on time
- Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems
Skills, Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in production management or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a production executive
- Knowledge in Microsoft office
- Preference will be given for those who are living in close proximity
