Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive - Production & Planning to oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing activities. This role ensures the smooth flow of operations from raw materials procurement to the production of finished goods, while maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily/weekly production scheduling & obtain necessary approvals from management for production plans and cadre requirements.
- Share and coordinate the approved production schedules with relevant departments and ensure smooth factory operations by monitoring workflow, addressing bottlenecks, and facilitating cross-functional communication.
- Complete all BOM data & Coordinate with QA/store teams to fulfill BOM related functions.
- Work closely with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid delays or downtime.
- Maintain detailed production records, including performance reports and KPIs.
- Foster effective communication between teams, including factory workers, supervisors, and management.
- Assist to identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Production Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience & Knowledge: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in production coordination, preferably in the food or coconut manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and supply chain principles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
