JOB PROFILE
The role will be responsible for accurately forecasting product demand and ensuring the timely availability of stock by aligning sales, supply chain, and inventory planning—supporting business goals, minimizing stock-outs or overstocking, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate should fulfil the criteria below to succeed.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/planning systems (e.g., SAP); familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong quantitative and forecasting skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder influence, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
